Tracking diversity
To track Jotun’s status and progress, the company measures gender balance, generational representation and ethnic and cultural diversity, expressed by national representation.
Balance within these diversity parameters are tracked and followed up by different companies, functions and organisation levels, with a special focus on key decision makers and personnel working at Jotun’s Headquarters in Sandefjord, Norway. Diversity should not become a numbers game and to ensure that we also have enough focus on Inclusion Jotun has deployed an Inclusion Index where employees are invited to give anonymous feedback which results in action plans.
