Jotafloor Filler is a solvent-free, two-component epoxy filler that helps cover imperfections in concrete floors. It can easily cover cracks, spalls, blowholes and other potential irregularities in the concrete surface. The filler has a superior compressive strength that covers the concrete like a film. It offers a compression strength that is higher in comparison to concrete, increasing its resistance to damage.
At the same time, it has non-shrink properties, which will prevent cracks and creases in the long run. As it is a solvent-free product, it has low toxicity levels, making it an environmentally-friendly choice. It also has minimal VOC levels, meaning it is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
The formula of this filler has a low viscosity, making it easy to apply. With a DFT of 200 mic up to 3mm, it offers a smooth base for users to work with. The bond strength is also outstanding, making it a suitable choice for those who require more than one coat of filler. Therefore, it is an excellent option for concrete surfaces that have many cracks, holes and are highly porous. The strength of this filler gives it significant abrasion resistance, meaning it is an appropriate base for highly frequented areas. Once the filler has been applied, the topcoat of choice may be used.
